Graduated from University of Singapore in 1963 and admitted to Singapore Bar in 1964. Was admitted to the Brunei Bar in 1984.

Mr Morris Lee acted as the managing partner of Joseph Hoo, Morris & Kumar for 33 years from 1971 to 2004.

He has been in practice since admission in banking, conveyancing, property law, corporate law, complex Trust, Wills, estate duties and probate and administration of estate.
